Rowe Speaks at NTEN on Fair Use

Brian Rowe, Access to Justice Board Extern at the Washington State Bar Association, will be speaking at the 2009 Nonprofit Technology Conference on fair use and user generated content. Holly Ross, Executive Director of NTEN, interviewed Brian about the panel he's put together.
